The present User Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the ‘User Agreement’, governs the relations between Patera, OOO (OGRN 5087746562723), hereinafter referred to as DRY CLEANER which owns the website located at the Internet address https://ozoneclean.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), and physical body or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’, in terms of the provision and processing of personal data of the User.
DRY CLEANER processes the User’s personal data on terms covered by the present User Agreement.
The User Agreement becomes valid upon the User’s order confirmation at www.ozonclean.ru, upon the User’s phone confirmation if the order is placed by phone, or upon the User’s registration at the website.
DRY CLEANER preserves the right to make amendments to the User Agreement at any time without prior notice. If the User continues using the services of DRY CLEANER after the amendments to the User Agreements have been published, the amendments are deemed accepted by the User.
The User can be any legally capable person who is able to accept and pay for the ordered goods in the manner and on conditions as specified by the present User Agreement, within the territory of the Russian Federation.
Personal Data of the User
The User makes a decision to provide their personal data and gives their consent to their processing willingly and in their interest, except to the extent as provided for in Part 2 of Art 9 of Federal Law of 27/07/2006 E 152-FZ ‘About Personal Data’.
The User shall be liable for providing personal data of another person.
Personal data entered by the User while placing their order shall be used for making a trade transaction, providing a service, or improving service quality.
The ground for entering personal data shall be executing a trade transaction during registration at the Site.
DRY CLEANER shall be obliged to not disclose personal data of registered Users to any third parties.
DRY CLEANER reserves the right to disclose personal data to appropriate authorities to the extent permitted by law, provided this is done for the purposes of the protection of the health, life, or freedom of another person.
DRY CLEANER shall be entitled to use personal data of the User for the purpose of sending newsletters and special offers of the Site, preparing for and executing trade transactions.
Processing of Personal Data of the User
The User Agreement shall be accepted by the Use ticking the appropriate box while placing their order and shall be deemed the User’s consent to processing of their personal data.
The User agrees that DRY CLEANER is entitled to keep and process, including automatically, any information related to personal data of the User according to Federal Law of 27.07.2006 E 152-FZ ‘About Personal Data’, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data provided by the User.
Personal data of the User shall be processed by mixed processing of personal data, with or without its transfer by the Internet.
DRY CLEANER shall be obliged to ensure confidentiality and safety of personal data of the User during its processing.
Shall the User refuse to give their consent to processing of their personal data, DRY CLEANER will delete such personal data of the User and will not use it anymore.
To the extent provided by Federal Law of 27.07.2006 E 152-FZ ‘About Personal Data’ personal data shall be processed only based on the personal data subject’s written consent. The written consent of a subject of personal data to processing of their personal data shall include:
- - The personal data subject’s full name, address, ID number, ID issue date, and the body issuing the ID;
- - Name (full name) and address of the operator receiving the consent of the personal data subject;
- - Purpose of personal data processing;
- - List of personal data for processing the personal data subject’s consent is given to;
- - List of the actions to take with regard to personal data the personal data subject’s consent is given to;
- - General description of methods used by the operator for personal data processing;
- - Consent validity period and withdrawal procedure.
No additional consent is required to process personal data contained in the written consent of the personal data subject.
Shall the personal data subject be a legally incapable person, a written consent to processing their personal data shall be given by an authorized representative of the personal data subject.
Shall the personal data subject pass away, a written consent to processing of their personal data shall be given by the subject’s heirs, provided such consent has not been given by the data subject while alive.
The person responsible for personal data processing of the User shall be Natalia Bagrets.
Persons engaged in personal data processing of the User and having access of such personal data shall be Natalia Bagrets and Victor Kurokhtin.
