Welcome to O-Three dry cleaner!
O-Three is the first dry cleaner in Russia to use ozone treatment. Founded in 2010, O-Three has been using the traditional dry cleaning, stain removal and wet heat methods as well as ozone treatment.
The use of ozone in cleaning is know-how reflecting the philosophy of the scientific approach followed by the O-Three director in running the company.
O-Three is a purely professional dry cleaner. You’ll find no secret powders or granny’s recipes used by operators to remove stubborn stains and treat delicate items. O-Three is all about professional detergents, state-of-the-art industrial dry cleaning equipment, expert knowledge and expertise.
When they say nothing can be done about a stain, it’s removed at O-Three.
We don’t recommend trying to remove stains at home and guarantee the removal of stains which haven’t been treated with regular domestic or homemade stain removals.
O-Three personnel is committed to continuous improvement through advanced training, attending master classes, seminars and courses dedicated to professional treatment of items made of different fabrics. We take pride in the fact that O-Three helped write and illustrate a book titled The School of Ironing, a unique practical guide for all dry cleaners and laundromats in Russia.
O-Three is not a dry cleaner for all. It’s a dry cleaner for everyone.

Winners of Dry Cleaning Experts, a competition our magazine’s been following since summer, were announced at ExpoClean 2013 which took place on November 14 bringing together experts passionate about their industry. Keynote speakers included main arbiter Andrey Parfenyev; representative of Agbis, one of the event partners, Petr Bazanov; and editor of Everything for Dry Cleaning & Laundry Natalia Davidyan.

‘This competition and the prize, an iPhone 5S, were intended to encourage our colleagues to pursue self-education, replenish knowledge in the dry cleaning industry, and review current standards and rules. We’re happy a lot of people decided to participate. This year the competition attracted a lot of participants from outside of Moscow where personnel, for example, have better knowledge of occupational safety. Of course, as the organizers, we’re very grateful to Agbis, a company which sponsored the prizes and the final,’ said Natalia Davidyan about the aims and results of the competition in her opening speech.

While commenting on the answers given by participants, Andrey Parfenyev noted that it was time for dry cleaners to establish a feedback culture and start conversations with customers. It’s good to read and know expert answers, but it’s not enough to be a professional in your field. It’s bad to underestimate personal experience and not bring up your hands-on experience for discussion with your colleagues. This is why the magazine and the competition exist in the first place.

The winners of the three rounds of the competition are:

  • 3rd place – Larisa Ibragimova, Chief Production Manager, Nika-Lux Dry Cleaner (Moscow)
  • 2nd place – Elena Demkova, Chief Production Manager, RIZZO Italian Dry Cleaner (Novosibirsk)
  • 1st place – Nadezhda Bagrets, Director General, O-Three Dry Cleaner (Moscow)

The participant winning the 4th place was so close in total points to the medals stand that the organizers decided to award her with a diploma for the will to win. The diploma was awarded to Svetlana Kimyaeva, the head of the dry cleaner of a spa resort Altai West (Belokurikha, Altai Krai).

The main prize, an iPhone 5S, silver statuettes and diplomas were awarded to the winners by Petr Bazanov, the director of Agbis, a leading supplier of automation systems for dry cleaners which is well-known in Russia. He wished the winners to make new achievements and reach new highs, as well as expressed his admiration for and full support to all the participants who found the courage to submit their answers and have their knowledge assessed.

Winners of Dry Cleaning Experts, a competition our magazine’s been following this whole year, were announced at ExpoClean 2011 which took place on November 17 bringing together experts passionate about their industry. Keynote speakers included members of the jury and event organizers, such as companies Universal and Remservis, and editors of Everything for Dry Cleaning & Laundry.

In her opening speech Editor at Everything for Dry Cleaning & Laundry Natalia Davidyan thanked the jury and co-organizers: Leonid Butkaev, the director of Remservis and the creative mind behind the event, for tricky questions, Director General of Universal Gennadiy Romanov for all-round support, and the jury for helping solve disputes fairly. Leonid Butkaev reminded that the main objective of the competition was to facilitate interaction among industry experts from all over Russia, help them share their opinions and experience, and find solutions together, at first via the magazine. He also expressed his hopes that they had reminded their colleagues how many critical process details they were not aware of or had forgotten about.

While commenting on the answers submitted by participants, Director General of TSNIIBYT Tatiana Balanova talked about industry problems noting that ‘the results of the competition show what we know and that we have more to learn.’

According to Andrey Parfenyev, a well-known process manager and the director of Dry Cleaner & Laundry, a center for consulting and technology, ‘Despite the fact that there were not too many participants, it was quite difficult to choose the winner. Had some participants not given up half-way, the result would’ve been completely different. Out of all the answers we received, we choose the most detailed and interesting ones.’

The winners of the competition are:

  • 3rd place – Igor Goncharenko, Process Manager, Lisichka Dry Cleaner.
  • 2nd place – Inna Asmaeva, Laundry and Dry Cleaner Manager, Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel.
  • 1st place – Nadezhda Bagrets, Director General, O-Three Dry Cleaner, the winner of the main prize, a new iPhone 4.

Diplomas and prizes, silver owl statuettes, were awarded by Irina Romanova from Universal, a company which brought together the organizers and did a lot to make this event happen.

The winners were also awarded with prizes sponsored by Universal and its partners.

The event ended as usual, with the participants, jury and organizers posing together for traditional group photos.
